TASTING NOTE
Appearance
Medium ruby colour, fading to the edges.
Nose
Clean red fruit flavours, delicately grounded with notes of cassis and an earthy tone.
Palate
A velvety approach with elegant tannin, bursting with ripe raspberry and currant notes, is offset against an under-ripe cherry acidity. An earthy balance, showing a hint of African violets, follow through on the finish.
